This policy explains what personal information ZERN collects, why, and what control you have over it.

Information you submit directly: your name, email address, message content, and any order number you include when contacting ZERN.

ZERN does not currently offer customer accounts. If accounts are enabled in the future, account credentials and profile details would be processed to operate that feature and this policy would be updated.

When you purchase, we process the items ordered, order totals, order status and the email address used at checkout so we can fulfil and support the order.

Shipping addresses and contact details are shared with carriers and fulfilment partners only as needed to deliver your order.

Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. Card details are submitted directly to that processor. ZERN does not receive or store complete credit-card numbers.

ZERN does not run third-party advertising or behavioural analytics trackers on this site. Standard server and hosting logs may record technical request data for security and reliability. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated first.

The site uses only cookies and local storage strictly necessary to operate features such as checkout sessions with the payment provider. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set, which is why no consent banner is displayed.

If you join the mailing list, your email is used to send release and archive updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting ZERN.

We share limited information with providers who host the site, process payments, deliver orders and send email, under their obligations to protect it.

Order and payment information may be reviewed by ZERN and its payment provider to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions.

Order and transaction records are retained as long as needed for fulfilment, support, tax and legal obligations. Mailing-list data is retained until you unsubscribe.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain uses.

Send access, deletion or correction requests through the Contact page or to contact@deathtozern.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

ZERN ships and communicates internationally, so your information may be processed in a country other than your own, including by the providers listed above.

This policy may be updated as the site and its services change.
