No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chance of winning. Void where prohibited.

The campaign runs across ten milestones, from 1,000 to 10,000 followers of the @deathtozern account. Each milestone opens when the sponsor marks it unlocked and closes when the sponsor draws that milestone's winner. Opening and closing times for each milestone are shown on the Road To 10K page.

Submit the entry form on the Road To 10K page with a valid email address and your Instagram handle, and agree to these rules. The listed social actions — following, liking, commenting and tagging — are reviewed manually by the sponsor before a winner is confirmed. Nothing on this website verifies those actions automatically.

One entry per person per milestone. Duplicate email addresses or handles for the same milestone are rejected. Automated, bulk or fraudulent entries are disqualified.

Each milestone prize is one original ZERN canvas, awarded as-is. Approximate retail value is listed against each canvas on the Road To 10K page. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Shipping of the prize is paid by the sponsor; any taxes, customs duties or import charges are the responsibility of the winner.

Winners are drawn at random from eligible entries for that milestone by the sponsor. The selected entrant is contacted by email at the address given on the entry form. If a selected entrant does not respond within seven (7) days, the sponsor may disqualify that entry and draw again.

The sponsor will never ask a winner for payment, card details or account passwords. Shipping details are collected only after a winner is confirmed.

The sponsor may publish a winner's public Instagram handle on this site and on social media. No email address or other private information is ever published. A winner may ask to remain anonymous.

Entry data — email address, Instagram handle, timestamp, milestone and referral source — is used only to administer this campaign, and marketing emails are sent only if you opt in separately. See the privacy policy for how to request deletion of your data.
