Because of the unique nature of original artwork, sales of original one-of-one artwork are final except where required by applicable law or when an item arrives damaged or materially different from the item ordered.

Unworn and unused apparel may be eligible for return within 14 days of confirmed delivery unless the product is marked FINAL SALE.

Returned apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Certain limited releases may be marked FINAL SALE on the product page.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact ZERN as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
