These Terms of Service govern your use of the ZERN website and any purchase made through it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. ZERN is operated by ZERN [LEGAL ENTITY NAME — PLACEHOLDER].

The site is provided for browsing, viewing artwork and purchasing available products. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and provide accurate billing, contact and shipping information.

Products are offered subject to availability. ZERN may modify, limit or discontinue any product or release at any time.

Original one-of-one artworks are single physical works. Once acquired, a one-of-one work will not be reproduced and sold again as an original, and its listing may remain visible in the archive marked SOLD.

Prices are displayed on the product page and at checkout and may change without notice before an order is placed. Applicable taxes, duties and shipping charges are calculated or disclosed at checkout where applicable.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. ZERN does not receive or store your full card number. You warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it is not acceptance. ZERN may decline or cancel an order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors or unavailability, and will refund amounts charged for a declined order.

Cancellation requests must be sent immediately through the Contact page. Orders that have entered fulfillment or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.

The ZERN name, site design, text, layout and imagery are owned by ZERN or its licensors and may not be copied, scraped, resold or used commercially without written permission.

Purchasing an original artwork transfers ownership of the physical object only. It does not automatically transfer copyright, reproduction rights, merchandising rights, commercial-use rights, or any other intellectual-property rights to the purchaser. Unless expressly agreed in writing, ZERN retains all applicable intellectual-property rights associated with the artwork, including the right to photograph, exhibit and reproduce images of the work.

Photography is intended to represent each work as accurately as possible. Colour, texture and scale may vary between screens, and originals are handmade objects with natural variation.

You may not attempt unauthorised access, automated scraping, resale of site content, interference with checkout, or use of the site for unlawful purposes.

Checkout is handled by third-party providers under their own terms and privacy policies. ZERN is not responsible for their services, security decisions or processing times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZERN is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.

Where legally permitted, you agree to indemnify ZERN against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.

ZERN may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
